How It Works

Use Chromaé for up to 90 days. Install it, shower with it daily, give it a real test. If you don't see noticeable improvement in your hair and skin, or if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase. Here's what we need from you:

  1. Contact us within 90 days of your delivery date. Email us at support@chromaelab.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning it. We're curious what didn't work for you, but you don't need to write an essay. "It didn't meet my expectations" is perfectly fine.
  2. Return the product. Pack up your Chromaé shower head and send it back to us. It doesn't need to be in pristine condition, we know you used it (that's the whole point), but it should be in reasonable shape.
  3. Get your refund. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll get back what you paid for the product.

What's Covered

Everything. If you're not satisfied with Chromaé for any reason within 90 days, you get your money back. If you're within the 90-day window and you want a refund, you get a refund.


What's Not Covered

Let's be real about a few things:

Shipping costs aren't refundable. We cover the cost of sending Chromaé to you initially, but we can't refund the original shipping charge. Shipping companies charge us, which cannot be recouped once the product has been delivered.

Damage beyond normal use. If the product is deemed damaged beyond regular use after inspection, the product will be shipped back and a a refund will not be issued. 

After 90 days. Once you're past the 90-day window, the guarantee expires. After three months, you've had plenty of time to decide.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@chromaelab.com with:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your confirmation email)
  • Brief reason for return

Step 2: Pack up your Chromaé shower head. Any box that fits it securely is fine.

Step 3: Drop it off at any USPS location.

Step 4: We receive it, inspect it, and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
